Chocolate raisin stollen 1.25 kg unsweetened

This variety takes our traditional butter stollen to the next level: it's refined with the addition of pieces of the finest Belgian chocolate. The chocolate pieces are clearly noticeable, both visually and in taste! Our insider tip: If you eat the stollen straight from the fridge, the chocolate pieces are wonderfully crunchy!

Unsweetened version - this Stollen is only spread with melted butter after baking, but not covered with our butter-sugar cream and not covered with powdered sugar.

Our tip: Cut our almond stollen from the middle. After cutting, push the two halves back together and seal the stollen bag tightly. This prevents the stollen from drying out.
