Pure almond delight. A stollen for almond lovers and raisin haters alike. Sultanas have been completely omitted, and the almond content has been significantly increased. Even without raisins, our almond stollen is beautifully moist and delicious.
Unsweetened version - this Stollen is only spread with melted butter after baking, but not covered with our butter-sugar cream and not covered with powdered sugar.
Our tip: Cut our almond stollen from the middle. After cutting, push the two halves back together and seal the stollen bag tightly. This prevents the stollen from drying out.
Important note: Almond stollen is more prone to mold than raisin stollen. Therefore, always store our almond stollen in a cool place and tightly sealed in the original bag. This way, you can enjoy it long after the best-before date.
