Freiberger Eierschecke WITHOUT almonds + WITHOUT raisins

A variation WITHOUT almonds and WITHOUT raisins, but otherwise just like the original: the unique Eierschecken filling is placed on a fine, extra-thin yeast dough base. We've omitted the usual almonds and raisins for this variation, especially for you. For many Freiberg residents, our Eierschecken is a culinary treasure.
