Anyone interested in becoming a food retail salesperson should definitely enjoy interacting with people and be approachable toward strangers. A polite, friendly, and pleasant demeanor toward customers, as well as a well-groomed and appealing appearance, are important.

The three-year apprenticeship begins on August 1st of each year. You'll learn most of the skills directly in our bakery . The theoretical foundations for the bakery profession will be taught at vocational school . The training is supplemented by one-week external courses at the Bakery Academy in Dresden, once per year.
