Some also call it schnitzel cake, because of the fine coconut "schnitzels." We bake our coconut cake with a layer of quark between the yeast dough base and the coconut mixture. This makes it nice and moist and full-flavored to the bite.

Available as individual slices in our local stores or baked especially for you in a 28cm aluminum plate. Packaged for shipping, the cakes stay nice and moist even on their way to you.
