Fairground cake

A classic of Saxon baking. A delicate yeast dough base is filled with a moist quark mixture and raisins. The typical fairground cake is then topped with the traditional fairground cake.

Available as individual slices in our local stores or baked especially for you in a 28cm aluminum plate. Packaged for shipping, the cakes stay nice and moist even on their way to you.
